Before anything is booked, we talk. I want to know where you are and what you have in mind, and you want to know whether I am the right person for it. One conversation settles that faster than ten emails.
What you want to achieve, what you have already tried, what is holding you back. There is no starting point that is too poor. I work with people who have done nothing for twenty years, and with people who train three times a week.
Previous conditions, operations, pain, how much time you realistically have. I need that to judge what makes sense, and where you should see a doctor first.
Sometimes the answer is: not me, but a physiotherapist or a clinical dietitian. Then I say so. If it does fit, you get a proposal and the price with it, not after the third follow-up email.
In your own time, at home. I will not chase you. If you get in touch, we carry on; if not, it was a nice conversation.
I normally reply within 24 hours and confirm a specific appointment.
